Baguettes

Greg's most popular bread has got to be his baguettes. Since we're heading tomorrow morning to Studio C at Cities97 for a live taping of Foodie Thursday Greg made a batch of baguettes tonight so we can bring some for sharing.

About Oscar's Best Artisan Breads

The urge to bake bread may have come a bit later to my husband than for some but, after building a wood burning brick oven, he set out to master the art of baking bread. Oscar's Best Artisan Breads are made exclusively from a sour dough starter he's named "Oscar" and each loaf is baked in the brick oven he built on our property. After much trial and (very little) error and with feedback from many gracious friends who were willing to sample his breads, Greg is proud to offer Oscar’s Best Artisan Breads to the public. At this time custom bread orders for pick-up or delivery are available.
